Returns and complaints
INFORMATION ON COMPLAINTS
If the goods you have purchased are faulty or not in accordance with your order, you can make a complaint under the warranty.
The complaint should be made to the company address. A written complaint should be enclosed with the package.
In order to process the complaint efficiently, the parcel should include:
- the advertised product,
- a completed letter of complaint,
- proof of purchase or details of the person on whose behalf the order is placed.
Within 14 days of receipt of the faulty goods, we will respond to your complaint and inform you of the next steps to take.
INFORMATION ON RETURNS
Returns of materials purchased by the metre are not possible. Each such order is treated as individual.
The return of goods only applies to full material beams purchased. In this case
we guarantee the right to withdraw from the contract and thus return the ordered goods, within 14 days of receipt of the consignment, without giving any reason.
Returns should be made by sending back the unwanted product at your expense, together with the completed "Withdrawal from the contract" form
