Spray parameters:

It is recommended to use a gun with a slightly larger nozzle than standard – approximately 2.0–2.2 mm. The product should be treated in the same way as any other contact adhesive – no special curing cycles are required.

Key principles for the use of high-temperature contact adhesives

Storage and preparation: Keep the drum tightly closed at 15–25 °C. Shake or stir thoroughly before use.

Surface preparation: Remove any foam residues and dust. The substrate must be dry, clean and stable.

Double-sided application: the contact adhesive must be applied evenly to both surfaces – both the headliner shell and the fabric.

Consumption: Approximate consumption is 0.5–1 litre per running metre of roof. Spray from a distance of 40–50 cm, moving the spray gun in even, overlapping strips.

Open time: Wait until the adhesive becomes tacky but does not form threads when touched with a finger.

Joining and pressing: Join the parts only once. Press or roll lightly – it will not be possible to reposition them afterwards.

Curing time: The finished panel should be left flat (adhesive side up) for at least 12 hours in a cool place before being fitted inside the vehicle.

Safety: Ensure there is adequate ventilation and wear standard personal protective equipment when spraying.
