BTX-free\u00a0 <\/strong>\u2014 does not contain benzene, toluene or xylenes \u2014 making it less toxic and more environmentally friendly and safer for factory workers than traditional solvent-based adhesives<\/p>\n

Suitable for edge folding and component assembly<\/strong> \u2014 i.e. where the material is folded or needs to be securely bonded to other layers.<\/p>\n

Why SwiftCool?<\/h3>\n

Most of our customers choose this contact adhesive when they want absolute certainty and reliability. SwiftCool is one of the strongest adhesives of its type - it has extremely high temperature resistance and very strong adhesion, making it ideal for the most demanding applications.<\/p>\n

Spray parameters:<\/strong> It is recommended to use a gun with a slightly larger nozzle than standard - approximately 2.0-2.2 mm. The product should be treated like any other contact adhesive - no special curing cycles are required.<\/p>\n

Key principles for the use of high-temperature contact adhesives<\/h3>\n

    Storage and preparation:<\/strong> Store the drum tightly closed, at 15-25 \u00b0C. Shake or stir thoroughly before use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Surface preparation:<\/strong> Remove foam residues and dust. The substrate must be dry, clean and stable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Double-sided application:<\/strong> Contact adhesive needs to be spread evenly on both surfaces - both on the headliner shell and on the fabric.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Consumption:<\/strong> Approximate consumption is 0.5-1 l per running metre of roof. Spray from a distance of 40-50 cm, guiding the gun in even, overlapping strips.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Open time:<\/strong> Wait until the glue becomes tacky but does not form threads when touched with the finger.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Joining and pressing:<\/strong> Join the elements only once. Press or roll lightly - subsequent positioning will not be possible.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Curing time:<\/strong> The finished panel should lie flat (adhesive side up) for at least 12 hours in a cool place before installation in the vehicle interior.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Safety:<\/strong> Ensure good ventilation and use standard personal protective equipment when spraying.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
