A written complaint should be enclosed with the package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to process the complaint efficiently, the parcel should include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the advertised product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a completed letter of complaint,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proof of purchase or details of the person on whose behalf the order is placed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Within 14 days of receipt of the faulty goods, we will respond to your complaint and inform you of the next steps to take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>INFORMATION ON RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns of materials purchased by the metre are not possible. Each such order is treated as individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The return of goods only applies to full material beams purchased.
